    Finding Ground

    We first build tools to regulate our nervous system. The nervous system cannot reorganize while it is in survival mode. This is where we learn to recognize what it actually feels like to listen to your own body.

  2. STEP 02

    Compassionate Curiosity

    We develop compassion for the parts that has been protecting you over the years. For your inner-critic and learn how to let go of patterns that do not serve you any more and make you feel stuck. Patterns in work, relationships and how you talk to yourself.

    Embodied Decision Making

    We learn how to make a decision that aligns with our values and boundaries. Practice how to show up for ourselves and others in a authentic way that respects our body's safety and belonging.

  4. STEP 04

    Coming Home

    We build toward an embodied self. A version of you that is joyful, playful and connected to yourself and to life. We develop techniques on how to live and build a life that we desire. You feel like you are directing your life.

About Me

I walked away from a decade in tech to follow my passion...

Working 10+ years and managing teams in demanding jobs, I know the high-performing world from the inside out. The early mornings, the metrics, the constant sense of needing to be more efficient, more productive and more on top of it.

I also know what it's like to function well on the outside while something quietly was eating me inside. Anxiety, overthinking and the feeling of doing everything right and still not quite arriving anywhere.

I decided to leave my AI manager job to follow my passion in psychology and somatics. Because I believe our gateway to freedom is connecting with our bodies and emotions. This is how we learn to be curious about ourselves and what we truly care about in the world.
I love my work and I know it inside out not just because I have read about it because I have lived it. Immigrating to a new country, burnout, losing relationships, finding community these are things I've lived, not just read about.

Trained in somatic coaching, trauma and nervous-system regulation. Based in Amsterdam. Works with clients in English and Persian.
